Simplifying ratios

This term we’ve been learning about a lot different things in math, But this week we have been learning about simplifying ratios  and dividing them by 2 and 3. To simplify a ratio you divide all parts of the ratio by their highest common factor.

Example:

12-24

/2      6-12    2/

3-6
